Monggo langsung dinikmati sajah....

Yang pengen coba kue yang enak ini....silahkan diliat resepnyaaaaaa

500 cc susu segar
16gr gula diabetes
50 gr tepung terigu
50 gr maizena
75 gr mentega
3btr kuning telur
2 btr kelapa muda, dikerok
100 gr kenari panggang cincang (saya pake kacang tanah yang di sangrai)
kayu manis bubuk

Toping :
3 btr putih telur
4gr gula diabetes
1 sdm tepung terigu

cara membuat:
- Didihkan 400 cc fresh milk dan gula pasir
- Larutkan tepung terigu,dan maizena dengan 100 cc fresh milk
- Masukkan campuran susu dan tepung kedalam susu panas, aduk terus sampai mengental dan meletup-letup
- Angkat dari api, masukkan mentega, aduk rata
- Masukkan kenari dan kayu manis bubuk
- Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu
- Masukkan daging kelapa muda, aduk rata
- Masukkan adonan kedalam cup/pinggan sampai ¾ tinggi
- Bakar dengan cara ditim selama 15 menit dengan suhu 160° sampai ½ matang
- Kocok putih telur dengan mixer sambil dimasukkan gula sedikit sedikit sampai kaku
- Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata dengan spatula
- Semprotkan toping keatas adonan ½ matang sampai cukup tinggi, taburi dengan kismis dan kayu manis
- Bakar lagi sampai toping berwarna kekuningan

Kaya lirik lagu ya judulnya :D biar aja lah,hehehehehe....karena postingan ini akan berhubungan dengan pindah dan pindah tempat tinggal.
Sejak kami menikah 8 maret 2010 sudah 4tempat yang saya singgahi dan 5 atau 6 tempat yang ayah naura tempati *ga usah bengong sodara sodara :D* 5tempat itu tidak dalam 1kota tetapi berbeda kota,propinsi,kadang pulau.
Dari awal kami menikah tinggal di Surabaya, setelah itu ayah tugas di bali sementara saya tinggal di bojonegoro demi keamanan calon buah hati kami, dan setelah 5bulan usia kandungan saya, kami memutuskan untuk kembali "pisah kota" ayah di bandung dan saya pulang ke lampung sampai buah hati kami lahir.
Setelah kelahiran buah hati kami Naura, ternyata ayah harus tetap bolak balik bandung - lampung mengingat usia naura yang masih rentan untuk di bawa bepergian, dan setelah Naura berumur 6 bulan.......maka petualangan pun kami lanjutkan.... hehehehehehe

Kota pertama yang kami tempati adalah Makassar, aga lumayan lama nich disini sekitar 6-7bulanan, cukup lah buat ngerti bahasa makassar sehari hari dan keliling kota makassar *padahal masih buanyak yang blom dikunjungi* dan sempet mampir 1minggu ke manado.
Sekitar bulan mei 2011 tawaran untuk kembali ke pulau jawa cukup bikin nelen ludah dech...*wkwkwkwkw pulang kampung bo* jadi ya...apa mau dikata...tawaran kami langsung terima dan kebalilah kami ke surabaya.
Dan di bulan agustus di tahun yang sama.....pindah lagi donk...hahahahahaha...kali ini kota semarang yang jadi persinggahan.

Jangan ditanya dech ribet dan capeknya,pertama sich iya berasa ribet n capek, tapi sekarang ya biasa aja lah.......hehehehehe....*lebih ribet jawab yang suka kaypoh tanya kenapa pindah melulu :D*

Karena dari awal merencanakan pernikahan saya sudah menyadari resiko ini jadi ya dibawa enteng aja.....enak loh bisa keliling begitu, bisa liat beragam kehidupan dan itung itung jalan jalan gratis tho... :D. Lagian yang hidup seperti ini ga hanya kami, hampir seluruh teman sekerja ayah juga mengalami nya kok.....jadi............ya santai aja lah...banyak temennya hehehehehe.....

So.........mau kemana lagi kita....*teriak ala Dora*

7 april yang lalu nauraku genap 1tahun *you are not baby anymore :D* (telat banget ya postingnya wkwkwkwkwkw) biar telat yang penting tetep nampang ya nak.... hehehehehe
tadinya sich pengen adain syukuran kecil kecilan aja di kantor ayah naura berhubung kami disini ga punya sanak saudara jadi cukup lah dikantor ayah, tapi ternyata keadaan berkata lain *halah bahasa gw :D* tanggal 6 april ayah naura harus ke Manado, ada kerjaan dan rombongan sirkus harus ikut donk kan sekalian jalan jalan hehehehehe.....
Akhirnya tanggal 7 april hanya makan malem bersama aja di sebuah mal di manado.
Perkembangan naura selama 1tahun ini cukup baik, udah mulai ngerti kalo dibilang ga boleh, udah mulai bisa meniru apa yang bunda atau ayah lakuin,* dah musti hati hati neh* dan sekarang lagi hobby banget belajar untuk berdiri tanpa pegangan

Dan akhirnya, syukuran ultah naura diadakan dikantor ayah naura walaupun mundur 2minggu. Ajang ini dijadikan uji coba bunda naura buat bikin bday cake sendiri *wkwkwkwkwk gaya banget yak* dan inilah penampakannya

Dan yang terpenting dari semua itu adalah doa semoga naura menjadi anak yang sholehah, berbakti kepada orang tua, jadi anak yang cerdas, dan sehat selalu.....amien......

Bolu Tape

Dalam rangka "menggauli" oven yang dibeli dengan keberuntungan *halah bahasanya* akhirnya bolu tape ini tercipta dengan resep yang sedikit ngawur karena bahan yang seadanya tapi ternyata hasilnya.......enyak......enyak....enyak....
ini dia resep untuk bolu tape nya

Bahan bahan

6 butir telur
4 putih telur
150gr gula pasir
150gr terigu
2sdm mentega dicairkan
400gr tape dihaluskan dan buang seratnya
65ml santan kental (kara)
keju parut untuk taburan

Cara membuat ;
kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang, lalu masukan terigu aduk hingga rata, kemudian masukan mentega dan tape yang sudah dicampur dengan santan masukan dalam loyang ukuran 20x20 dan taburi dengan keju parut, panggang hingga matang

Peri Gigi

Yey....si peri gigi akhirnya datang juga, setelah menanti sekian lama. Gigi naura muncul sekaligus dua dibagian atas. Gigi munculnya pake ngajakin si demam nich hehehehe jadi dech naura ga doyan makan dan rewel terus......
Dan kayanya si gigi maunya muncul pas naura dibawa pulang ke bojonegoro *mau pamer kali ya sama yangti nya*
karena sekarang dah punya gigi harus rajin dirawat ya nak, sikat gigi jangan lupa dan ga boleh makan yang manis2 biar gigi nya ga rusak hehehehehehe

Alhamdulillah...... Naura udah berumur 10bulan.Udah bisa merangkak, jadi bisa kemana mana dech.... dan belajar berdiri, seneng banget kalo bisa berdiri di depan tipi, *hiks* jadi tipinya terpaksa dimatiin dech daripada matanya naura kena radiasi tipi.
Udah bisa bikin bundanya deg2an juga,,,, senengnya merangkak sampe pinggir tempat tidur dan langsung terlentang sambil kakinya diayun2 ke bawah....biar kasurnya engga tinggi tapi kan kalo jatuh lumayan sakit.
Dan gaya nya itu loh yang kadang bikin suka ketawa, suka godain bundanya kalo lagi beresin tempat tidur, dengan senangnya naura akan naik turun kasur sambil cengengesan... dan satu lagi kalo naura lagi seneng dan digendong sama ayah atau bunda naura akan nepuk2 bahu yang gendongin hehehehe....say thanks kali ya......

Karena naura sekarang dah 9bulan, menu-nya mulai bisa nasi tim nich...... senangnya..... jadi bundanya makin bisa bereksplorasi untuk buatin naura makanan *kaya yang jago masak aja*
untuk nemenin si nasi tim bunda bikinin naura sup labu parang dan tahu ayam kukus.
untuk resepnya ya ngarang aja....hehehehehe yang penting naura ku suka banget. Ini dia resep mengarang ku...

Sup jagung labu parang
Bahan
labu parang di potong dadu kecil kecil
jagung manis di parut halus
bayam merah diiris halus
bawang putih dihaluskan
keju parut secukupnya

cara memasak:
masak air hingga mendidih, masukan labu parang dan bawang putih yang telah dihaluskan.tunggu sampai labu lunak, masukan jagung yang telah dihaluskan dan bayam, setelah bayam matang masukan keju parut lalu angkat.

Tahu ayam kukus
Bahan:
Tahu putih dihaluskan
Ayam
telur
bawang putih halus

Cara Memasak:
campur tahu, ayam dan telur serta bawang putih lalu kukus hingga matang

Tips:
untuk yang baby nya belum umur 9 bulan labu nya boleh diparut dengan parutan keju kok, biar ga kasar banget, dan bayamnya boleh direbus terpisah kalo mau makan baru dech dilembutin pake saringan dan dicampurkan
untuk ayamnya aku bekukan dulu baru dipaut pake parutan keju mom, jadi ayamnya lembut biar baby nya ga tersedak saat makannya.
tips ini aku dapet dari milis ini
oh iya, untuk nasinya aku ga tim dari beras langsung, tapi dari nasi yang baru matang langsung ditambah air dan dimasak dech..... jadi ga lama hehehehehe

9 bulan dan hobi baru

7 Januari kemarin nauraku genap berusia 9 bulan. Senang rasanya bisa terus jagain dan urus naura sampe sekarang, karena tiap hari ada aja tingkah lucunya, hehehehehehhehehe
Biarpun naura belum tumbuh gigi tapi naura udah pinter untuk mengunyah makanannya, dan makanan apapun hajarrrrrrrrrrrr hahahahahahahaha semua yang bunda kasih naura doyan *good girl*
Dan perkembangan barunya adalah....naura punya hobi baru...yaitu menjatuhkan tubuhnya kalo udah ditaruh diatas kasur.... bikin bundanya deg2an aja dech....
kalo dah diatas kasur langsung duduk dan........... badannya langsung di dorong kebelakang dan jatuh dengan suksesnya diakhiri dengan tertawa senang.....*sakit badannya nak*.....
Jadi sekarang musti ekstra hati2 jaga naura apalagi kalau sudah diatas kasur, jadi sekarang kalau naura bangun, bunda ga akan melakukan aktifitas lain selain jagain naura. Kalau naura tidur...baru dech bunda beberes dan online hehehehehehehehe..
Tambah gede makin pinter ya nak......

8 bulan 15 hari

Hari ini nauraku genap bersusia 8bulan 15 hari. Kalo ditanya udah bisa apa aja.... lumayan lah...yang terbaru adalah udah bisa duduk sendiri walaupun harus bertumpu dengan tangannya. Semenjak bisa duduk sendiri, setiap bangun tidur pasti langsung tengkurep trus tangannya di tarik kebelakang dan hop la... naura duduk dengan bertumpu pada kedua tangannya hehehehehe...

Naura juga udah bisa menirukan kata dari bundanya... kalo bunda bilang lebah naura akan bilang bah, bunda bilang bapak naura akan jawab bap, hehehehehehehe kok cuma sepotong sepotong ya nak...... tapi gapapa tetep donk... pinter........... anak siapa dulu... *emak emak narsis mode on* hahahahahahahahahahaha

Karena naura makin pinter bundanya juga harus makin hati hati.... soalnya naura mulai bisa masuk kamar mandi yang ga di kunci, dan memungut apapun yang ada dilantai dan masuk dech ke mulutnya *huaaaaaaaaaaaaaa*

Tambah besar tambah pinter ya nak, sehat selalu dan jadi anak yang sholehah..... amien.....

Udah lamaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa banget ga update blog ini.ga perlu bertanya tanya kenapa jadi ga pernah apdet blog ini.... karena alesan nya std bgt...... MALES dan GA PUNYA IDE hehehehehehe..... padahal dulu semangat banget punya blog biar bisa menulis kaya para penulis itu lho, tapi apa daya ternyata saya belum bisa mengalahkan rasa males dan jadilah blog ini terbengkalai seperti rumah tak berpenghuni.

Sebenernya blog ini sangat berjasa bagi saya, karena dengan nge-blog saya ga perlu bingung untuk cari orang yang mau dengerin ocehan ga jelas saya :) dengan nge-blog saya jadi punya temen buanyaaaaakkkkkk yang akrab walaupun tidak harus bertatap muka, dan beberapa temen yang ketemu di blog akhirnya menjadi sahabat saya, blog pun telah berjasa menambah saldo dalam rekening tabungan saya, dan blog juga yang telah mengenalkan saya dengan seseorang yang telah jadi ayah dari my little angel *prikitiwwwwwwwwwwww*

Tour De Mal

Mungkin bagi sebagian orang terutama para perempuan yang suka sekali belanja atau sekedar liat liat tour de mal adalah jadi agenda rutin saat wiken. Keliling ngeliat barang baru atau cari cari siapa tau barang incaran jadi barang diskon ngebuat para shopacholic keranjingan untuk pergi ke mal.

Dan hal ini aku cobain minggu lalu. Karena ada beberapa barang yang harus aku cari *padahal tadinya mau nitip sama bunda ajah* jadi dech sabtu siang aku keliling untuk survei cari barang tersebut, dan ternyata ga gampang musti keliling2 untuk cari barang yang cocok *sama selera plus kantong* jadilah aku harus rela berkunjung ke beberapa mal dan pusat perbelanjaan dan hasilnya adalah.................... aku cuma menemukan satu barang dan itupun sudah menjelang malam, badan udah cape, hati udah setengah kesel...... tapi mau gimana lagi...
Perjuangan harus dilanjutkan keesokan harinya, kali ini aku ga mau ngoyo carinya dapet syukur enggak ya udah lah..... muter sana sini dan istirahat di pasfest pas kebetulan ada band baru launching albumnya ya nonton dulu lah, sambil ngelurusin kaki setelah itu perjalanan dilanjutin lagi sampai malam kembali menjelang..... dan hasilnya.... lumayan lah.....

Dari pengalaman tour de mal ini aku langsung kebayang orang orang yang hobi banget ngelilingi mal dan dengan alesan ya pengen liat liat aja kok ga mau beli alias iseng dan itu bisa betah seharian???? bisa ya??kuat banget kakinya??? atau emang ada resepnya ya biar ga cape????

Semua orang pasti pernah ditanyakan dengan pertanyaan itu.. gimana kabarnya?? sehat???
dan biasa aja sich....
Tapi akhir akhir ini pertanyaan ini sering muncul ketika seseorang bertanya kepadaku yang begitu berlebihan atau pertanyaan yang ga nyambung...

contoh aja kejadian tadi pagi ketika aku buka email ada salah satu email dari klien yang menanyakan tentang event yang diadakan oleh "tetangga sebelah" langsung aja aku bales dan bilang bahwa itu bukan event perusahaanku dan maaf aku ga bisa bantu, dan tebak balesan email dari dia apa?? dia langsung mengatakan bahwa perusahaanku menjual data kliennya untuk dapat dikirimi email marketing atau spam gitu katanya,dan dia ngotot minta proposal itu in english karena dia ga paham bahasa Indonesia. Bengong donk baca email begitu akhirnya aku bales emailnya dan klarifikasi bahwa kami tidak pernah menjual data klien kami kepada siapapun, dan aku juga tanya apakah dia bekerjasama juga dengan "perusahaan tetangga" itu??.Dan balesan emailnya dia bilang bahwa dia memang bekerjasama dengan "perusahaan tetangga" itu.... jelas donk info itu didapet darimana????gggrrrrhhhhhhhhh rasanya pengen nimpuk tu MR pake sendal..... SEHAT MISTER???????? .......

Kejadian yang lainnya adalah ketika terjadi sedikit kehebohan dari orang orang terdekat dan menanyakan aku sedang bermasalah kah??? karena waktu itu memang aku merasa tidak punya masalah aku bilang donk... ga tuch.. ga ada masalah apa apa.. kenapa?? kok tumben tanya begitu??? soalnya ada yang bilang aku sedang bermasalah... *bingung mode on* bukannya kalo aku akan lebih tau tenatang diriku daripada yang lain??? trus yang aneh lagi ketika beberapa orang bertanya tentang kehidupan pribadiku selama ini, padahal kayanya dulu ga gitu dech, jadi curiga kenapa jadi "peduli" dengan kehidupan pribadiku ya??? sekali lagi aku jadi bertanya..... SEHAT BU?????...........

Telat memang untuk up load kado ini yang udah aku dapet sekitar 2,5bulan yang lalu. Bukan diliat dari harga nya tapi sebuah perhatian dari para kakak tercinta yang udah bersusah payah untuk ngubek semua file, untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan kreatifitasnya *hehehehehe* dan katanya ada satu kado lagi yang belum terwujud *kali ini ga jail kan?? curiga mode on*
Kado ini ga hanya berbentuk soft copy tapi juga berbagai bentuk *ga usah disebutin ach tar pada ngiri*

bukannya ga pengen apdet dan berbagi cerita, tapi dengan sangat menyesal dan jengkel, kesel dan temen2nya itu lah karena ada orang iseng yang ganti password untuk log in di blog dan mengganti seluruh datanya jadi ga bisa curhat untuk beberapa lama... sampe di utak atik dan jadi ngerepotin banyak orang, akhirnya baru bisa ke buka dech ni blog..... *untuk orang yang udah iseng itu besok ga boleh di ulangin lagi ya... bikin repot tauuuu*
Tapi ada senengnya juga sich.... jadi ketahuan kan kalo pada kangen sama tulisanku yang ga jelas ini???*narsis mode on*

Ode begitu dia menyebut namanya, keponakanku yang berumur hampir 3tahun ini. Kalo diliat sekilas pasti semua orang akan bilang kok kalem ya? ga banyak tingkah? nurut.... tapi tunggu reaksinya 5 menit kemudian, maka dia akan berlari kesana sini dan melakukan keisengan yang ga akan habisnya.
Ode yang selalu ceria dan selalu ngaku kalo lagi marah hehehehehe *soalnya kalo ditanya ode gimpain?? ode gi malah!!!!* dan sering banget bikin kita "mati kamus" karena cletukannya. Suatu hari ode lagi bete sama kakaknya si mbak yang lagi asyik nonton TV, dengan santainya Ode jalan dan deket ke si mbak sambil bilang mbak anaknya pak satpam!!! HAH!!! aku langsung ketawa cekikikan dan si mbak pun langsung ngomel ga keruan karena diomong adeknya anaknya pak satpam, dan ide isengnya ga cukup sampe disitu, karena ke esokan harinya pas semua udah mau tidur si ode belum bisa tidur, kita semua dah males untuk nemenin dia nonton TV karena ngerasa dicuekin dia panggil panggil ibunya yang mulai liyep liyep ibu ibu... ibu kaya hantu ya??? huahahahahaha mau marah udah males... mau ngelanjutin tidur kok ya musti ketawa.

Tapi sekarang aku ga bisa lagi ketemu dan becandaan sama ode setiap hari, dan melihat kenarisannya setiap habis mandi, selalu bilang ode mau di poto kan udah cantik.... karena ode tinggal di lampung setelah kejadian 9 juli itu. Paling cuma bisa telpon aja, dan tetep dengan sapaan trademark nya "te gimpain???" hampir setiap hari aku telpon cuma untuk denger sapaanya ituh, dia juga selalu cerita ade mau tebang tebang tante..... *aku selalu suka angkat badannya tinggi2 gitu* dan kejahilannya yang terbaru adalah..... ngebangunin adiknya yang bayi kalo lagi tidur, kata ibunya dia akan melakukan hal apapun kalo adiknya dah mulai tidur. dari mulai panggil panggil nama adiknya samapi ngegigit kaki adiknya ini hal ter-extrim kalo adiknya ga bangun2 juga......

Dan pernah suatu hari ode telpon aku dan bilang te kemana cih?? kok ga pulang pulang?? dibawa kucing ya??? hiksssssss emang daku ikan asin dibawa kucing..... dasar ode.....

9 Juli 2008...

Malam itu aku memang pulang aga larut karena emang jadwal ngantornya siang jadi ya pulangnya malem. Jam di ruang tengah sudah menunjukan pukul 22.30 ketika aku memasuki rumah yang disambut dengan kakaku yang langsung keluar dari kamar dan minta ditungguin soalnya dia mau ke dapur dulu, ya udah lah pikirku ditungguin sekalian nunggu suami nya yang belum pulang dari nengokin ponakannya.
Sekitar jam 23.30 iparku pulang, aku udah masuk kamar tapi memang belum tidur..... entah jam berapa aku tertidur, tiba tiba aku denger teriakan kakak iparku, dengan setengah sadar aku terbangun karena aku pikir ada maling, dengan cepat aku buka pintu kamar, dan ternyata yang terjadi adalah........

Asap tebal langsung menyambut dan api di ruang tamu sudah besar, aku panik dan membuka jendela sambil teriak.Aku langsung berfikir kenapa hanya teriak??? aku langsung lari keluar lewat pintu samping dan liat kakaku udah menggendong bayinya, karena gugup kakak iparku susah sekali buka pintu gerbang yang terkunci, aku langsung ambil kunci dari tangan iparku dan aku buka sementara kakak iparku menyelamatkan anaknya yang lain dan kami pun sampai diluar rumah sambil teriak minta tolong. Namun kami semua tersadar ternyata ade masih di dalam, tanpa pikir lagi iparku masuk dan menggendong ade keluar dan bersamaan dengan itu atap rumah depan sudah jatuh dan hancur dilahap api.

Tak ada yang bisa kami lakukan karena api begitu cepat menyambar semua yang ada di rumah, yang bisa kami lakukan adalah mengungsikan ponakan yang masih kecil kecil karena kami tidak ingin melihat mereka trauma atas peristiwa ini. Hanya 15menit rumah kami habis tak tersisa.
Setelah rumah tidak bersisa aku baru sadar ternyata ada hp di kantongku, alhamdulillah akhirnya ada orang yang bisa aku hubungi, dan aku menghubungi adiku yang di Lampung untuk menjemput kami semua, akhirnya kami pergi ke rawamangun untuk menginap dan menunggu jemputan adik ku.
bagaimana pun juga kami tetap bersyukur karena kami semua selamat dan tidak luka sedikit pun, pasti ada hikmah di balik ini semua, dan ini mungkin teguran dari ALLAH SWT untuk kami lebih mendekatkan diri kepada-NYA.

Executive Summary

The first – and most important – section of your business plan is the executive summary. This section is so important that it should literally be the first thing the reader sees – even before the table of contents! However, it should also be written last, as you’ll have a better understanding of the overall message of your business plan after you’ve researched and written the other sections.

One of the most important parts of the executive summary is the mission statement. The mission statement is only three or four sentences long, but it should pack the most punch out of everything else in your business plan: Those four sentences are responsible for not only defining your business, but also capturing the interest of your reader.

The rest of your executive summary should fill in the important details that the mission statement glosses over. For instance, your executive summary should include a short history of the business, including founder profiles and start date; a current snapshot, listing locations, numbers of employees, and products or services offered; and a summary of future plans and goals.

This section is a candidate for a bulleted format, which allows you to list main points in a manner that is easy to scan. Avoid using too much detail – remember, this section is a summary. A page or two is usually sufficient for an executive summary.

Market Analysis

The next section of your business plan focuses on market analysis. In order to show that your business has a reasonable chance for success, you will need to thoroughly research the industry and the market you intend to sell to. No bank or investor is going to back a doomed venture, so this section is sure to fall under especially close scrutiny if you are looking for financing.

Your market analysis should describe your industry, including the size, growth rate, and trends that could affect the industry. This section should also describe your target market – that is, the type or group of customers that your company intends to serve. The description of your target market should include detail such as:

• Distinguishing characteristics
• The needs your company or product line will meet
• What media and/or marketing methods you’ll use to reach them
• What percentage of your target market you expect to be able to wrest away from your competitors

In addition, your market analysis should include the results of any market tests you have done, and an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors.

Company Description

After your market analysis, your business plan will need to include a description of your company. This section should describe:

• The nature of your business

• The factors that set you apart from your competition and make you likely to succeed

Although some of these things overlap with the previous section, they are still necessary parts of your company description. Each section of your business plan should have the ability to stand on its own if need be. Organization and Management

Once you have described the nature and purpose of your company, you will need to explain your staff setup. This section should include:

• The division of labor – how company processes are divided among the staff
• The management hierarchy
• Profiles of the company’s owner(s), management personnel, and the Board of Directors
• Employee incentives, such as salary, benefits packages, and bonuses

This goal of this section is to demonstrate not only good organization within the company, but also the ability to create loyalty in your employees. Long-term employees minimize human resource costs and increase a business’s chances for success, so banks and investors will want to see that you have an effective system in place for maintaining your staff.

Marketing and Sales Management

The purpose of the marketing and sales section of your business plan is to outline your strategies for marketing your products or services. This section also plans for company growth by describing how the growth could take place.

The section should describe your company’s:

• Marketing methods
• Distributions methods
• Type of sales force
• Sales activities
• Growth strategies

Product or Services

Following the marketing section of your business plan, you will need a section focusing on the product or services your business offers. This is more than a simple description of your product or services, though. You will also need to include:

• The specific benefits your product or service offers customers
• The specific needs of the market, and how your product will meet them
• The advantages your product has over your competitors
• Any copyright, trade secret, or patent information pertaining to your product
• Where any new products or services are in the research and development process
• Current industry research that you could use in the development of products and services

Funding Request

Only once you have described your business from head to toe are you ready to detail your funding needs. This section should include everything a bank or investor needs in order to understand what type of funding you want:

• How much money you need now
• How much money you think you will need over the next five years
• How the money you borrow will be used
• How long you will need funding
• What type of funding you want (i.e. loans, investors, etc.)
• Any other terms you want the funding arrangement to include

Financials

The financials section in your business plan supports your request for outside funding. This section provides an analysis of your company’s prospective financial success. The section also details your company’s financial track record for the past three to five years, unless you are seeking financing for a startup business.

The financials section should include:

• Company income statements for prior years
• Balance sheets for prior years
• Cash flow statements for prior years
• Forecasted company income statements
• Forecasted balance sheets
• Forecasted cash flow statements
• Projections for the next five years – every month or quarter for the first year, with longer intervals for the remaining years
• Collateral you can use to secure a loan

The financials section is a great place to include visuals such as graphs, particularly if you predict a positive trend in your projected financials. A graph allows the reader to quickly take in this information, and may do a better job of encouraging a bank or investor to finance your business. However, be sure that the amount of financing you are requesting is in keeping with your projected financials – no matter how impressive your projections are, if you are asking for more money than is warranted, no bank or investor will give it to you.

Appendices

The appendix is the final section in your business plan. Essentially, this is where you put all of the information that doesn’t fit in the other eight sections, but that someone – particularly a bank or investor – might need to see.

For instance, the market analysis section of your business plan may list the results of market studies you have done as part of your market research. Rather than listing the details of the studies in that section, where they will appear cumbersome and detract from the flow of your business plan, you can provide this information in an appendix.

Other information that should be relegated to an appendix includes:

• Credit histories for both you and your business
• Letters of reference
• References that have bearing on your company and your product or service, such as magazines or books on the topic
• Company licenses and patents

Writing a Successful Business Plan

Despite the quantity of information contained in your business plan, it should be laid out in a format that is easy to read. Just like with any piece of business writing, it is important to craft your business plan with your intended audience in mind – and the bankers, investors, and other busy professionals who will read your business plan almost certainly won’t have time to read a tedious document with long-winded paragraphs and large blocks of text.

Business plans for startup companies and company expansions are typically between twenty to forty pages long, but formatting actually accounts for a lot of this length. A strong business plan uses bullet points throughout to break up long sections and highlight its main points. Visuals such as tables and charts are also used to quickly relay specific information, such as trends in sales and other financial information. Clarify Current View – Where are you now- honestly?

Conscious awareness of your current view is the first step in becoming the best you can be. Getting clear about how your life aligns with your values, talents and unique gifts is vital to your happiness. You need to know where you are in order to learn where you want to go.

You can clarify your current view by completing a review of eight life areas. Be honest with yourself about how happy are you with your profession, finances, health and overall well-being, primary relationships, personal development, spirituality, environment, hobbies, etc.

Two

Connect with Your Highest Vision – Where do you want to be?

Example: A client of mine, a yoga instructor, decided she was happy teaching but wanted to contribute to the world on a larger level. She wasn’t happy with the quality of the yoga clothing that was accessible to her and her fellow yogis. Her vision was to design and create fun, hip and timeless yoga clothes using eco-conscious fabrics.

You have to get really clear about what you want. It is crucial that you connect to your highest vision of yourself because you can’t create it unless you are clear about what it looks like. If you don’t have a vision of where you want to go or what you want to be, you will most likely NOT get there. To quote Henrietta Klauser, “If you have a connection to what you want, take the next step and write it down.” If you don’t have any idea about what you want, or how you want to be in life to bring about greater happiness, begin looking through magazines and create a Vision Board/Collage of what attracts you. You may also want to consider getting an outside perspective from a friend or a professional coach. I take my clients through a guided imagery that gives them a glimpse of what their future could look like. There are also books that can help guide you. Just get help assessing your talents, divine gifts and abilities and then determine how you want to use them more fully in the world. We can’t help others as fully, if we are not aware of how we can best serve. So instead of thinking of it as selfish to engage in knowing yourself better, I would suggest you consider it selfish to hold back and not be the best you can be. Only in this way, can we help the world and others.

Three

Create Inspiring Goals – How will you get there?

Example: My client created a tiered plan of what needed to happen step by step – outer goal. All of this was influenced by her inner goal of keeping a measured pace and a balanced life. Her goal was to enjoy the process.

You have to create a plan and take specific actions to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. When most people write goals, they just write a list of action steps, usually external actions. I believe it is more powerful to have inner and outer goals. An outer goal is what you want. For instance, you might think, “I want a new house”. An inner goal is more focused on the how. How will a new home benefit me and my family? Will it offer more common gathering areas, a larger kitchen so that we can cook together, etc.? How can I appreciate what I have now until I get this home? How can I make this a joyful experience rather than a stressful one? If you can not be grateful for what you have now, then when you get a new home, it will only create very short-term happiness for you. Then, you will be focused on the next external illusion of happiness. For 2008, I suggest taking at least three of the life areas I mentioned earlier and jot down how you couldbenefit from living your highest vision in each area. Next, add action steps toward your desired achievements along with completion dates.

Clear Obstacles – How will you remove obstacles in your way?

We all have dreams and visions for our life, but frankly, there are many things that can get in the way. The two most common obstacles I see with my clients are:

The inability to say NO— In order to bridge the gap from your current view to your highest vision, you have to make room for what “Could Be”. If your life is full and you want to add more of the things that are truly important in your life, you should start the change process by making room first. You must say no to some things in your life, so you can say yes to what is most important. You have to give up the destructive habits, behaviors and activities to make room for new ones.

A metaphor would be a water hose watering a flowering plant. The water in the hose is your life force and the flowering plant is what you are trying to grow in your life. If the water hose has leaks, it will not have enough water or life force/energy to reach its desired outcome or vision (to grow the plant into full bloom). Examples of leaks might include toxic friendships, unrealistic expectations, watching too much television, eating sugar, overspending, negative relational patterns with your spouse or working on an outdated job.

Example: A client’s obstacle here was that her 8- year-old daughter needed caring for and she was afraid she wouldn’t be able to be a good mother plus jumpstart a successful, new business. We remedied this issue by getting clear on the proper definition of a good mother. Also, practically speaking, she needed help picking up her daughter from school. So she got her husband to assist her in this area so she would have time to create this new business.

Negative self-talk—Research shows we have approximately 50,000 internal messages we say to ourselves daily. We are constantly walking around having conversations with ourselves. And it is what we say that makes all the difference in the overall quality of our lives.

Example: I was once in Starbucks, and I watched this woman spill her coffee while reaching for a sugar packet and I heard her say out loud, “I’m so stupid. I can’t believe I did that.”

Now, I just happen to hear her, but this is an example of something you might say internally as well. You might think, “No big deal. I say things like this to myself all the time.” Well, IT IS A BIG DEAL as our subconscious hears these messages and acts on them as if they were real. Don’t say anything to yourself that you wouldn’t want someone else saying to you.

Think of self-talk like mental fuel. Now, imagine filling your car with dirty water. We all know you wouldn’t get very far. Now, take that same car and fill it with high quality gasoline. 5. Biography Now this is the one element that people tend to forget, underplay or overplay. THIS IS ABOUT YOU! I have a Vision Folder. Inside it I have photographs, pages from magazines and mock-ups that reflect my goals. It’s an easy and portable way to keep my goals in front me, and I look at them every morning and evening.

2. Commitment – Nothing happens without complete and total personal commitment. If you’re leaving out even 1% of your total dedication to accomplishing your goal, you won’t get there. Think about this…what would happen if your doctor had a 99% commitment to healing you or your loved one? Would that be enough for you? Would you have respect for them?

If you want to sleep well at night, if you want to be respected by those you’re in relationship with and if you want to have overwhelming self-respect – commit 155% of yourself to your goals and watch your life change for the better.

3. Self-Honesty – This is a tough one for some folks. Not everyone is comfortable taking a hard look within. But if you’re serious about being successful you need to look within to see what you’re doing to create your own experience. You also need to be honest about what skills you need to learn to get you to where you want to be. Also, take an honest internal inventory of your emotional health. If you’re carrying resentment from your last employment experience, your last relationship or any other experience, it’s limiting the success you create today.

Think about the people you’ve known that use resentment as insulation in their life – now notice how betrayal is a common theme in their life. There’s a reason for that. Call it the Law of Attraction, Karma, a self-fulfilling prophecy or the “as ye sow, so shall ye reap” principle, it means you are creating your own experiences. When you hold on to resentment, you are (subconsciously) believing that you don’t have a choice or any power in your current situation, that the other person is against you in some way and so this situation will turn negatively and there’s nothing you can do about it. Resentment always breeds betrayal in your life. Take an emotional inventory and heal and release the reasons for the negative emotions – particularly the resentment and watch the prosperity roll in!

4. Accountability – It doesn’t matter whether you listen to a minister, your favorite self-improvement author, your Mom or Dr. Phil, they will all tell you the same thing…your life is created from the inside out, so you might as well own it. Blame of any kind is a jail cell for your spirit.

5. Commit to Faith & Belief – Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is the evidence of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” - the faith and the belief has to come first – the evidence comes after. There was a book written several years ago under the title You’ll See It When You Believe It. Great title. In the tarot deck, the first card is the card of the Fool which shows a picture of a young man ostensibly walking off of the edge of the cliff – it’s said to be the bravest, most powerful card in the entire deck.

6. Have an Attitude of Gratitude – The most powerful words you can ever use, think or write is THANK YOU. Just as resentment can shut down your prosperity and relationships, an attitude of gratitude will open the floodgates of prosperity and love in your life. (Remember to use these powerful words with yourself as well!) Every life experience is a gift and a perspective of appreciation makes the inherent wisdom of our experiences all that more evident to us.

7. Practice Tolerance – Judgment is another self-limiting behavior that limits your success and hampers your motivation and creativity. Judgment is a terrible burden to carry around and creates a paranoiac state of mind. Practice tolerance and lighten your load!

8. Get Inspired – Inspiration comes from different sources for different people, and it’s essential that we know what works for us and that we prime these sources often. I have a writer friend who has her most motivating songs on a separate section on her iPod. When she feels blocked or frustrated or discouraged, one of the things she does is listen to those songs one by one. Long before the end of the songs she’s belting out the words right along with her favorite artist and she’s ready to take another stab at her project at hand. I like to go for a walk or a run outside. With two small children in my life I may only get ½ hour to squeeze in a run or a walk but that time is so inspirational to me. It really stirs my creativity. Meditating is inspirational as is a good movie, a good book or talking with someone else whose success you admire.

9. Take Care of Your Health – If you don’t feel well, it’s hard to stay motivated. So take good care of your health! Eat well, take vitamins, exercise every day, play, rest and enjoy your work! There’s a saying…anyone would give their money to have health, but no one would give their health to have money. Right now I’m really into juicing. It’s an idea that came to me while I was sitting outside (of course) next to the koi pond at Children’s Hospital when my son was ill last summer. Setelah sekian lama pergi untuk mencari ilham dan mundur sesaat dari hiruk pikuk dunia maya, akhirnya hari ini bisa juga menyentuh dunia maya walaupun mungkin ga akan seintens sebelumnya. Bukan berarti "si ilham" telah ditemukan, tapi memang pesona dunia maya ga bias dihindarkan lagih ... Beneran kangen banget sama dunia maya hehehehehe ... Ga perlu ditanya udah kemana aja mencari "si ilham" (hehehe ge er banget ya bakalan di tanya). Tapi demi sang "ilham" tersebut aku harus rela bersahabat dengan debu jalanan dan panas matahari atau guyuran hujan.

Kalau sebelumnya aku cukup duduk manis di depan kompi dan mengandalkan kelincahan jari jemari tangan bermain keyboard kompi dan angkat telpon untuk bisa mendapatkan semua informasi dan menyelesaikan pekerjaanku, sekarang tidak lagi!

Ada tantangan yang lebih menarik menurutku di luar sana. Diantara panasnya matahari dan guyuran hujan. Bersentuhan langsung dengan dunia nyata. Bagaimana aku harus menjadi marketer yang tidak hanya menjual suara tapi juga membuat kesan yang sangat baik dengan nama yang aku bawa. Bagaimana aku harus membuat semua orang tahu bahwa kami memiliki jasa yang terbaik tanpa terkesan memaksakan. Bukan hanya sekedar menjual produk tetapi membentuk brand image juga.

Dan semua itu dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, melalui media baik cetak maupun audio, exhibitions, melalui spanduk, flyers dan yang paling berpengaruh adalah M2M alias "Mouth To Mouth", karena disadari atau tidak referensi atau M2M tersebut membawa dampak yang cukup besar untuk membentuk sebuah image terhadap produk tersebut.
